RIM: BlackBerry Service's Return Total Normal

After experiencing problems for several days, RIM today announced that BlackBerry services are back functioning fully. This was announced by RIM for use with a video apology for the occurrence of this problem is delivered directly by the CEO of RIM, Mike Lazaridis.

In a video apology, Mike Lazaridis convey his apologies for having to disappoint the users of BlackBerry services. He goes on to mention that the service in Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa have returned to normal levels.

This time Mike stated that all services are fully functional again. It also said that to overcome this problem all RIM employees do not come home since last Monday to address the biggest problem they have ever met them.

Not known for sure the cause of this problem. But RIM dismissed the issue stating that this problem occurs due to hacker attacks. David Yach of the technical part of RIM says no evidence of any showing that this problem occurs because of hacker attacks and is conducting more in-depth analysis of the causes of this problem.
